Head Golf Professional
Rick
joined the Highland Professional team in 2011 as an Associate Golf
Professional. This will be his first season as the Head Golf
Professional. Rick grew up in Prince Edward County and started his
golfing career at the Picton Golf & Country Club. He competed in
many tournaments as a Junior golfer including the 1981 Canadian Junior
Championship at St. Georges Golf & Country Club.
Rick
has been a PGA Canada Member for more than 35 years working at a number
of private clubs including Cedar Brae Golf & Country Club in
Scarborough, Ontario and Donalda Club in Don Mills, Ontario. He also
spent 12 years as the Pro/Manager of The Bridges at Tillsonburg
(formerly Tillsonburg Golf and Country Club.
Rick
looks to continue the excellent service levels that the members of
Highland Country Club have become accustomed to. He also looks to add a
few new touches to the operation.
Outside
of golf Rick enjoys spending time with his three beautiful children and
cheering them on at many or their sporting events.
